When I first came here everything changed
A book made as a result of working with
Asylum Seekers in Glasgow to research
and understand how Asylum Seekers
perceive the United Kingdom. The
asylum seekers were given crayons
and disposable cameras to express their
perception of their life, both its past and
future. My goal was not only to let them
tell their story, but also to challenge
and contrast the media's point of view.
